The career of Russell Thompkins, Jr., began over 30 years ago, as the lead singer of the Stylistics. Led by Russell's distinctive high tenor, the group recorded some of the finest soft-soul music of the 70's. They enjoyed enormous popularity and consistently stayed near the top of the Pop and R&B charts between 1971 and 1974.

Now Russell is touring the world with The New Stylistics and his fans are more then happy to know they can still hear the original vocalist from all of the Stylistics hits live in person.
